Tips on Dealing with the GPhC

pharmacy

Remember when you talk to an Inspector or an officer of the GPhC, a note will be made of everything you say.

If your employer has investigated a matter internally, a referral of any issues together with copies of any interview and witness statements may be sent to the GPhC for consideration.

If there is an incident you are involved in, make a contemporaneous note of what happened and who was involved and ensure you sign and date it.

If you are concerned about your position, even in relation to an internal investigation, seek legal advice urgently as these matters can often escalate.
